Set it higher if you want more headroom on busy months, or set it to $0 in Settings → Billing and we hard-stop you at your included minutes. If you do allow overage, extra time bills at $0.65/min on Starter and $0.55/min on Professional, capped at the ceiling you chose. No surprise bills, ever.
